How We Can Work Together

This 12-week program is for individuals who want to understand better their emotional patterns and how to stop repeating the same cycles in their relationships and daily life.

Over three months, we work together to slow things down and look at what is really driving your reactions, shutdowns, or overthinking. The focus is on building emotional awareness, strengthening regulation, and learning to respond with greater clarity rather than reacting on autopilot. It is intentional work for people who are functioning but feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward in a grounded way.

The 60-minute weekly sessions may include emotional processing, nervous system regulation, parts-based work, Brainspotting when appropriate, and practical tools to support you between sessions. The focus is to help you relate to yourself more honestly, steadily, and with greater trust.

The program requires a consistent weekly commitment and is best suited for individuals who are ready to engage fully in the process.

Monthly Emotional Support Journey

This monthly option offers steady, ongoing support for anyone who wants a consistent space to check in, process what is coming up, and stay connected to themselves. It gives you a place to reflect, regroup, and strengthen your ability to respond thoughtfully to life as it unfolds.

Each session is shaped around what you are dealing with in real time. That might include navigating relationships, making decisions, managing emotional overwhelm, or understanding long-standing patterns that keep resurfacing. The work is responsive and paced to support clarity, grounding, and forward movement.

Some clients use this as continued support after completing a program. Others begin here because they want regular conversations that help them make sense of their emotions, relationships, and inner experiences without jumping into a more structured commitment.

4-Hour Emotional Clarity Intensive

This intensive is a four-hour session designed for individuals who want space to slow down, delve deeper, and work through what feels tangled or overwhelming. Instead of spreading the work across weeks, we create an extended session that allows time to explore, process, and integrate without rushing.

We move at a pace guided by your nervous system, with breaks built in as needed. The session may include emotional processing, Brainspotting, parts-based work, reflection, and practical tools you can take with you afterward. The intention is clarity, regulation, and a stronger connection to yourself. (This coaching intensive is structured as a focused 4-hour experience. Additional days are available when deeper or continued work feels supportive.)

Brainspotting Sessions

Brainspotting is a therapeutic approach that works with the connection between the brain, body, and nervous system to help process experiences that feel stuck or unresolved. Brainspotting can be helpful for working through trauma, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, relationship patterns, chronic stress, or experiences that are hard to put into words.

In a Brainspotting session, we follow your body’s cues. Using eye position and focused attention, your nervous system leads the process. Rather than forcing insight or reliving events, the work unfolds at a pace your system can tolerate. Some people notice emotional release, physical sensations, memories, or a sense of relief or clarity. Others experience the work more subtly over time.

  • All sessions are held online via Zoom. This allows you to attend from a private, comfortable space without needing to travel. A secure Zoom link will be provided after scheduling.

  • The Clarity Call is a short conversation to understand what you are navigating, what support you are looking for, and whether this coaching approach is a good fit.

    It is not a sales call. It is a fit and readiness conversation.

  • All services are paid in advance.

    Payment plans are available for the 12-week program and can be discussed during the Clarity Call.

    Monthly packages are paid in full at the start of each month.

    The 4-hour intensive requires a $500‍ ‍non-refundable deposit to hold the date, with the remaining balance due prior to the session.
