About Monica
I’m Monica Jha, Therapist and Emotional Clarity Coach.
I help people stop losing themselves in relationships and start responding with awareness, honesty, and self-trust.
My own work began when I stopped avoiding the emotional patterns that were shaping my relationships and my sense of self. Childhood experiences, unspoken grief, and repeated relationship dynamics forced me to face what I had been ignoring.
That work changed how I show up in my life. It also shapes how I guide others.
I know what it’s like to try to move through each day, overthinking, withdrawing, or questioning your feelings. I also know that real change doesn’t come from analyzing everything. It comes from building the capacity to stay present when emotions are intense.
That is the work I do with clients.
You Don’t Need More Understanding. You Need a New Way of Responding.
The Work I Do
Through The Emotion Practice, I offer structured coaching designed to help you:
Recognize emotional patterns in real time
Stay grounded during discomfort
Communicate clearly without spiraling afterward
Set boundaries without guilt
Build trust in your emotional responses
This is not therapy. It is coaching informed by clinical training and over a decade of experience working with emotional and relational patterns.
My approach blends psychology, somatic practices, Brainspotting, meditation, and nervous system regulation tools to create practical, embodied change.
You won’t just understand your patterns. You’ll learn how to change them.
Why This Work Matters
When emotional patterns go unchecked, people disconnect from themselves. They second-guess their decisions. They stay quiet when they want to speak up, and they can overreact, only to regret it later.
When you learn how to tolerate discomfort and respond intentionally, everything shifts.
Reactions become choices, confusion becomes clarity, and relationships become more stable.
This work is grounded, practical, and direct.
