From Disconnection to Wholeness is a 6-month emotional healing experience that combines Brainspotting and Kundalini Yoga to help you move stuck emotions, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.
This journey is designed to help you release what’s been holding you back, align with who you want to be, and show up in your life and relationships with greater clarity, confidence, and authenticity.

I created From Disconnection to Wholeness to allow real emotional processing for those who feel a disconnect between how they move through the world and what they hold inside.
My work over the last decade has shown me that so many people carry the weight of emotions they haven’t had the time, tools, or support to fully feel or understand. This program provides a gentle, grounded approach that honors both the body and mind.
