Awaken & Heal is a 12-week 1:1 emotional healing experience that blends Kundalini Yoga and Brainspotting to help you move stuck emotion, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner clarity.
It’s a safe, personalized journey to release what’s been holding you back and return to who you really are—centered, confident, and clear.

Reconnect with your emotional truth and rebuild your inner foundation

You’ll begin by slowing down, feeling what’s actually there, and learning how to listen inward again.
