Kundalini Yoga to move energy through the body and awaken intuitive awareness
Brainspotting to access and release the emotional roots of your pain at the brain-body level

Awaken & Heal is a 12-week private emotional healing experience that blends Kundalini Yoga and Brainspotting to help you move stuck emotion, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner clarity.
This journey is designed to help you release what’s been holding you back so you can align with who you want to be—centered, confident, and clear.
Emotional healing gives you the freedom to feel fully
and live in deeper connection with yourself.
By the end of this 12-week journey, you’ll feel more attuned to your body, able to navigate your emotions with ease, and connected to a clarity and calm you may not have known was possible. This isn’t just about managing feelings—it’s about awakening to your fullest emotional aliveness and freedom.

You’ll start to anchor the emotional shifts you've made and begin living from a place of clarity and authenticity.
In this last month, the focus is helping you embody your growth and move forward with confidence and alignment.

Blending Kundalini Yoga, Brainspotting, breathwork, and guided emotional processing. Each session is designed to help you move energy, uncover emotional blocks, and access inner clarity.
✅ Weekly Integration Practices
Simple tools to support your growth between sessions, such as meditations, breathwork, journaling prompts, or short movement practices.
✅ Guided Brainspotting Support
Learn to safely use Brainspotting for self-reflection and emotional healing. You’ll be guided to process stored emotions and shift unconscious patterns.
✅ Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Library (Optional)
Access pre-recorded kriyas and meditations to revisit practices that support your energy, intuition, and emotional clarity.

I created Awaken & Heal as a space for real emotional processing. My work over the last decade has shown me that so many people carry the weight of emotions they haven’t had the time, tools, or support to fully feel or understand. This program offers a gentle, grounded approach that honors both the body and mind.
This work helps you access what’s been held beneath the surface so you can finally move through it with clarity and care.
